Anyone suffering from depression will know.. those stomping bass lines is like the medicine you need.
One of my songs of the year. How this band is relatively unknown is a mystery to me.
This track alone deserves much higher recognition

I hope some people can relate to this track...or at least enjoy it!

The song was written as a testament to those who struggle generally...whether it is with mental health concerns, addiction issues and/or those affected by suicide/suicidal ideation.

we have ALL been thtough the mill with the lockdown and Covid-19 issues and it has only been shown to exacerbate a lot of issues for people.

I've had my issues during the lockdown where I made a huge mistake in thinking I was not worth anything. That was a mistake and I caused a lot of hurt/worry for those who care for me.

I then needed to do what I do when I feel lost, which is write music to showcase that it is ok to NOT be ok...and that with some understanding and support we will and can get through this.

If you need support, then, please speak to someone.

There are many support groups out there.
